Your CAPP statement for the July 1, 2021 quarter is available for viewing via the website and has also been mailed to you. The Fund Office must hear from you no later than June 15, 2021 in the event you need to take any action, make a payment or make changes.

Important Notice for IATSE National Health & Welfare Participants

Following the Board of Trustees’ semi-annual review of our benefit plan experience and future cost projections, we are reporting to you the quarterly CAPP charges for Plan C coverage effective for the coverage quarter beginning October 1, 2021.

Due to the NBF Office closure effective January 4, 2021, in order to expedite your MRP Claims reimbursement payment, please submit a completed MRP claims direct deposit form to claims@iatsenbf.org.  The form can be found under Health and Welfare - Forms/Documents. You can also submit the updated direct deposit form online, in the section where you would normally submit a MRP claim or also email the form to psc@iatsenbf.org. This is currently the only way for us to send your payment in a more timely manner. Otherwise, your payment will be delayed.

Each application allows you to check claims, obtain I.D. Cards, search for a doctor or pharmacy in your location as well as other valuable tools to manage your health needs.
