For Plan C Health & Welfare participants, this is a notification that your CAPP statement for the April 1, 2021 quarter is available for viewing on the Funds website. The Fund Office must hear from you no later than March 15, 2021 in the event you need to take any action, make a payment or make changes.
As a reminder, the Plan C relief approved by the Trustees will be reflected on your statement.

Due to the NBF Office closure effective January 4, 2021, in order to expedite your MRP Claims reimbursement payment, please submit a completed MRP claims direct deposit form to email@example.com. The form can be found under Health and Welfare - Forms/Documents. You can also submit the updated direct deposit form online, in the section where you would normally submit a MRP claim or also email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is currently the only way for us to send your payment in a more timely manner. Otherwise, your payment will be delayed.

Each application allows you to check claims, obtain I.D. Cards, search for a doctor or pharmacy in your location as well as other valuable tools to manage your health needs.
