It's Plan C Quarterly Statement Time

Please watch your mail for your quarterly statement, or you can log into your account to select and/or make a payment for coverage.

Payments and/or plan selections must be received by
March 16, 2020.

CVS Health has announced that you can receive a no-cost heart health preventive screening at any MinuteClinic location on the following dates:

 

February 6, 2020 ; February 13, 2020 ; February 20, 2020

 

You can download a voucher from the link below and present it the minute clinic of your choice. This service is available for both men and women.
